We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal information to play Heritage Memory. The Game functions entirely without user registration.

• Location data (GPS, coarse location, or geolocation)

The Game uses your device's local storage (via localStorage on web or SharedPreferences on Android) to save the following data locally and only on your device:

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the Game will delete this data permanently.

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or third-party sharing. The local data stored on your device is used solely to:

• Maintain your game progress between sessions
• Remember your gameplay preferences (sound, vibration, timer)

• We do not include social features that allow children to share personal information
• We do not use push notifications that could expose personal data
• All data remains local on the device and is not transmitted

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Since we do not store personal data on servers, there is no external data to access. Your game data is visible within the Game itself.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete all local game data at any time via Settings → Reset All Progress within the Game, or by uninstalling the Game from your device.

• Right to Object: You may opt out of any future data collection features by not updating to versions that include such features (we will always notify you of material privacy policy changes).
